Sonja Bernhardt - CEO BA (Maths/Psych), Grad Dip HRM, MBA, CDE, FAIM, FMWIT Sonja Bernhardt is widely known and respected in the ICT industry and was the first Australian inducted into the WITI Hall of Fame in the USA. An expert in HR, project management and software implementations, she is the driving force behind ThoughtWare's i.on my compliance, accreditation and human resources software. Robin Craig - Director BSc (Hons 1), PhD Robin Craig is Research Director of Genesearch Pty Ltd, Australia's oldest continuously and privately held biotechnology company, started in 1980. Robin provides programming, financial and strategic services and advice.
Chris Curtis - CTO B.App.Sc – Computing Outstanding Alumni Award (QUT, 1997) Chris Curtis co-founded Lattice Software Pty Ltd in the 1980s, becoming Software Development Manager (HR Systems) for Mincom when it acquired Lattice. Subsequently he has been Software Engineering Manager and later General Manager of Hong Kong Jockey Club's Australian Research and Development Operations and Chief Technology Officer, Australian Managing Director and member of the international management board of global security vendor, Eracom Technologies. Currently Mr Curtis is the Managing Director of Long Reach Technologies, which provides IT consulting and services (under the brand My IT Manager) to a number of clients across various industry sectors including retail, accounting, law, recruitment, manufacturing, education and software development.
Ron Jackson - Advisor to the Board MBA, BBUS, FCPA, ACIS  Ron Jackson has been a successful management consultant and senior executive in a wide range of industries. He has worked in human resources, marketing, business development, strategy and finance. Ron spent six years with Hay Management Consultants, ending as a Director, and has been an independent consultant for over a decade with major clients including Telstra, BHP Billiton, Bank SA, RACV and ABB. He has worked on medium term executive assignments on behalf of several prominent investment banks and acted for various companies as CEO, CFO and Corporate Services Director.

ThoughtWare also provides software to government, educational institutions, corporates and SMEs, as well as the biotechnology and scientific sectors.
