Closure Stage

Project Closure Report

Formalizes the closure of the project. It provides confirmation that the criteria for customer acceptance have been met and requests signoff from the Project Sponsor to close the project.

Post Implementation Review

Provides an assessment of the overall success of the project as well as the lessons learnt and recommendations for future projects.
